Return and Refund Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return (excludes Final Sale items). After receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive a full refund minus a restocking and return label fee of $12. Alternatively, if you select store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Outgoing shipping costs beyond Free Standard Shipping are nonrefundable.
International customers must provide their own shipping label. Items sent back after the 21-day return period will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply go through the returns process and select Store Credit. Once we receive tracking information that your return is in transit, you will receive a gift card which you can use to purchase your replacement item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
